1. Photocopy of high school Marksheet (10^th Class).
2. Photocopy of Intermediate Marksheet (12^th Class).
3. Photocopy of Graduation Marksheet, if applicable.
4. Income Certificate Less than 2 lakh for SC/ST.
5. Income Certificate Less than 1 lakh for General/OBC/Minorities.
6. Photocopy of Caste Certificate, if applicable.
7. Photocopy of Bank Pass Book.
8. Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
